Today the world of business is… different from what it was yesterday and from what it will be tomorrow.
The business leader is… a title that can’t be given but must be earned.
You reach the top by… always setting the top higher.
My Everest is… my family.
One who knows where he’s going… has the courage to defy stereotypes and conventions, to explore, learn and live life to the fullest.
Talent development and team engagement is achieved by… setting high standards and expectations and providing continuous support and recognition.
The most important factors for growth are… curiosity and courage to step into the unknown.
Commercial flair and insight… are born in an open and curious mind.
The taste of Coca-Cola… is a taste of the “never give up” attitude.
Working for Coca-Cola I understood that the secret of success is… not in the secret formula of the most iconic beverage, but in the magic created by the best team in the world.
I measure my achievements with… the achievements and development of my team.
Tradition and innovation, persistent and agility… are examples of forced choices that can cloud one’s thinking.
Bulgaria through my eyes… is a country where my family and I feel at home.
The forecast that influences the direction that I will go for business-wise:… Tomorrow will be better than today, because we’re going to make it so.
Dynamic is high but let’s not forget… it will get only higher.
My recommendation for a better business climate is… escape “zero-sum game” mindset and establish partnership as a relationship in which you support the other side without necessarily having the immediate benefit out of it.
Outside of the business I like… to learn and experience new things.
You can experience a nice moment if… you keep your mind open for it.
